Outreach

There are many outreach programmes running during the year.

• Street Talk brings what we do in Liverpool Lighthouse and the Church onto the streets, engaging with the community on environmental issues, training opportunity, prayer needs and sharing the Good News of the Gospel.  

• Gap events build friendships with users of the projects and those we work with, and enable us to share the Gospel in a seeker-friendly way.
• Open air events involve a lively presentation of the Gospel with drama, dance and singing.
• Reach celebration a seeker friendly Church service which takes place on a Sunday. Programme includes solo artists, dance and drama, testimonies, gospel choir.

Our International Outreach Ministry aims to work with our covenant churches and partner with local churches in outreach programmes. Our outreach also reaches overseas through the work of our Missions team. We work with churches from all over the world towards transforming their communities, sending mission teams out to do manual labour, providing housing for orphans, developing skills, sustainable enterprise and proclaiming the Gospel in ways that are relevant to bringing people into God's kingdom. We provide vision, leadership and outreach support where possible to our Covenant Churches.  Our aim is to mobilise the church congregation to be involved in outreach. Training and equipping are available to those who seek to develop themselves in this area. For more information please visit our site.
