Full Time Project Manager & Assistant Manager Posts

Are you enthusiastic, dynamic, with very strong young people skills and want to make a difference? We are looking for key people to run our Youth Connect programme of activities .

The programme will run Urban Arts workshops, dance events, club nights and showcases at weekends (Friday evening, Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday afternoon) with workshops in a range of art forms.

Full Time Project Manager:  £24,000 per annum

Experience of running and delivering outcome-driven projects and programmes would be essential.  Successful candidate will drive the delivery of Youth Connect programme, taking responsibility for the management of the project and staff team. Will work with government appointed business adviser to maximise income to sustain the project and ensure continuity beyond current funding term.

Assistant Manager:  £19,000 per annum

Experience in managing youth programmer would be essential.  Successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of Youth Connect programme, managing detached and session workers to ensure effective delivery of various activities and targets.

 Both posts are subject to enhanced checks by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
