Mary was a full time carer for her ill, disabled husband. She never left the house and had no social life or friends. She felt tired and depressed all the time. When her husband passed away, her depression grew deeper until she felt suicidal. She received a flyer about the activities and events at Liverpool Lighthouse and came along. She received all the help and support needed. With support and prayer, her depression slowly faded away and she is now living life to the full.
